- in reply to: What does the lock symbol on Snapchat actually mean?
The lock icon marks a Private Story. The person posting it decided only a selected group of friends can see it. If you’re seeing it, that means you’re on their chosen list. - September 23, 2025 at 11:24 am
- in reply to: How do I create a new YouTube channel from scratch?
I started mine last year. The first step was signing in with my Gmail and clicking “Create channel.” After that, I added a banner and channel description to make it look professional. Pro tip: go into YouTube Studio → Settings and adjust upload defaults, so every video has your links, tags, and standard description already filled out. Saved me so much time later! And don’t stress—your first few uploads don’t need to be perfect. Consistency matters more than production quality in the beginning. - September 23, 2025 at 3:56 am
- in reply to: What is the best time to post on Instagram on Sundays?
Hey! Try Sunday morning first. It’s when people are relaxed and scrolling. Evening works too, but don’t waste posts in the middle of the day. - September 22, 2025 at 10:25 am
- in reply to: What are real customer reviews of AT&T Internet Air service?
Hey, I actually tried AT&T Internet Air when they offered it in my area as a replacement for DSL. To be fair, it works fine for light to moderate usage—streaming Netflix, browsing, video calls, all good. But here’s the catch: the speed varies a LOT. When the tower is clear, I’d get 70–100 Mbps down. But during busy evenings, it sometimes dipped to 10–15 Mbps, which made gaming almost impossible. Another thing to know is that it’s basically a wireless hotspot with a home router, so placement really matters—mine only worked well near a window. On the positive side, setup was super easy, no technician needed, and the price was lower than cable. Personally, I’d say it’s a solid budget option if you don’t need rock-solid speeds. But if you’re heavy into online gaming or need consistent performance for work, you might get frustrated. - September 22, 2025 at 5:51 am
- in reply to: Why does my iPhone say “Share Location Unavailable”?
“Share Location Unavailable” is mostly a settings issue. Check three things: Location Services are on, “Share My Location” in Find My is enabled, and you’re signed into iCloud with the right Apple ID. Weak signal can also cause it. I’ve noticed it happens a lot when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A quick toggle of Airplane Mode usually fixes it for me. If it’s still stubborn, update iOS—it sometimes patches these small bugs. - September 20, 2025 at 9:33 am
- in reply to: How can I repost someone’s story on Instagram?
Hey, so here’s the deal—Instagram doesn’t give you a blanket “repost any story” button. The official way only works if the person tags you in their story. When that happens, you’ll get a DM notification that says “@username mentioned you in their story.” Right underneath that, there’s usually an “Add This to Your Story” option. Tap it, and it’ll open up in your editor so you can resize, add stickers, text, and then post it as your own story. That repost will credit the original user automatically. Now, if you weren’t tagged, you won’t see that option at all. In that case, the only real ways are screenshots, screen recordings, or third-party apps—but those don’t give the same clean credit and can feel a bit sketchy. One important detail: if the person who tagged you has a private account and you don’t follow them, you won’t be able to repost. Also, if they’ve turned off resharing in their privacy settings, the option disappears. So, short answer: tagged = repost button. Not tagged = you’ll need permission and maybe a workaround. That’s how Instagram designed it to protect user privacy. - September 20, 2025 at 8:57 am
- in reply to: How can I stop sharing my location without sending a notification?
Hey, turn off location in Settings or Ghost Mode on Snap. No alerts get sent—it only shows as unavailable if they check manually.
