I remember when this first rolled out—I panicked thinking Snapchat was exposing people who were creeping on stories. It doesn’t! The eyes just mean someone rewatched your story. It doesn’t name names, just the number. Honestly, I think it’s more of a vanity feature. Cool if you’re curious how engaging your snap is, but not something that changes much. If you don’t have Snapchat+, you won’t see it at all, so it’s definitely part of their subscription perks.

Highlights are created from your story archive. Tap the “+” button under your profile bio, select your stories, and name the collection. You can change or upload covers for aesthetics. Once created, you can keep adding stories anytime.

Instagram doesn’t openly provide chat for all. If you run a business or creator account, you might see the “Chat with Support” option in Meta Business Help. If not, you’re limited to reporting problems through the app’s Help feature or filling out forms.
