Hi! Don’t worry, Dell doesn’t have any mysterious secret keys—it’s the same as other Windows laptops. The simplest way is using the Print Screen (PrtScn) key. On Dell keyboards, it’s usually near the top-right corner. If you press just PrtScn, it copies the entire screen to your clipboard, and then you can paste it (Ctrl+V) into Paint, Word, or email. If you want more control, use Windows key + Shift + S. This opens the Snipping Tool overlay where you can drag to capture just a part of the screen. Personally, that’s my go-to because it saves editing later. If you want the screenshot saved automatically, Windows key + PrtScn will save it straight into your Pictures > Screenshots folder. Dell doesn’t change how it works—it’s really all about Windows shortcuts. Once you try them out, you’ll see which feels the most natural for your workflow.
