- in reply to: Is Picuki a safe Instagram viewer and how does it work?
Hey! Picuki works, but only for public IG profiles. Just don’t log in or share personal info—stick to viewing, and you should be fine. - September 22, 2025 at 11:47 am
- in reply to: What are the must-have apps for an iPad in 2025?
Hey! My “kept after six months” list: GoodNotes (best balance of handwriting + folders), Notability (quick audio-synced lectures), Procreate (pro-level art with zero friction), Affinity Photo 2 (Photoshop vibes without subscription), LumaFusion (video editing that’s actually pleasant), PDF Expert (markup + form fill + signatures), LiquidText (researcher’s dream: split view excerpts that link back), Files + Documents by Readdle (file wrangling and zips), Kindle or Pocket (offline reading queues), Craft or Obsidian (connected notes), Microsoft 365 or iWork (depending on your workplace), TestFlight + Working Copy (if you dev; Git on iPad is legit), Shortcuts (automate imports/exports), Overcast (podcasts with smart speed), and Apollo for Reddit alternatives are gone, so I use Relay or just the web. For fun: Procreate Dreams (2D animation), Sky Guide (stargazing), Libby (free library books), DaVinci Resolve for iPad if you’re serious about color. Uninstalled: fancy whiteboard clones that looked cool but didn’t beat GoodNotes + Stage Manager. - September 22, 2025 at 4:05 am
- in reply to: How can I check mutual friends with someone on Snapchat?
Mutual friends appear as a number only in Quick Add. Snapchat doesn’t reveal their names. It’s about privacy—just a hint that you share connections, not an open list like other platforms. - September 20, 2025 at 4:30 am
- in reply to: How can I contact Instagram support through live chat?
Hi, I’ve been down this rabbit hole a few times, and honestly Instagram doesn’t make it easy. The “Instagram support chat” you’ve heard about does exist, but it’s not available for everyone. Regular personal accounts usually get stuck with automated help articles and forms. The live chat option is mainly tied to Meta Business Suite and is generally offered to business or creator accounts. Here’s how I managed it: I switched my personal account to a business account (you can change back later). Then, through the Meta Business Help Center, I clicked on “Contact Support.” If your account qualifies, you’ll see a “Chat” option appear. Sometimes you only see “Email” or “Submit a Request,” which means chat isn’t available at that time. When I did get through, the rep was helpful in solving my ad account issue. For regular app problems, though, they often redirect you back to the Help Center. It’s frustrating, but if you’re desperate, try toggling to a business profile and accessing support that way. Otherwise, you’re stuck with forms and waiting. It’s not perfect, but at least chat isn’t a total myth. - September 18, 2025 at 11:56 am
- in reply to: How can I tell if someone blocked me on Snapchat?
Snapchat doesn’t notify blocks. The signs: no search results for their username, conversation thread disappears, and Snaps won’t deliver. Confirm by checking with another account—if they appear there but not on yours, you’re blocked. If nowhere, account deleted. - September 18, 2025 at 10:25 am
- in reply to: How can I properly turn off my PS5?
The PS5 design makes shutdown harder than it should be. Use the PS button, navigate right, hit the Power icon, then select “Turn Off Console.” Or hold the front power button until the second beep. Anything else just leaves it in Rest Mode. - September 17, 2025 at 10:09 am

Honestly, if none of that works, you can always reset your Home Screen layout under Settings → General → Reset → Reset Home Screen Layout. It puts everything back to default. Not glamorous, but it does the job.
