- in reply to: How do I connect Bluetooth headphones to a PS5?
I tried a couple of methods. Direct pairing didn’t work—the console just rejects it. Ended up buying a cheap Bluetooth transmitter that plugs into the PS5’s USB port. It works fine for audio, but the microphone function doesn’t pass through. For gaming with friends, I still use a wired headset. If you’re only looking for audio, though, the adapter route is smooth enough. The lag is minimal, but if you’re picky, a wired headset is still better. - September 23, 2025 at 4:12 am
- in reply to: Can you record shows and movies on YouTube TV?
Hi there! Yes, YouTube TV absolutely lets you record, but it works a little differently than old-school DVRs. Instead of storing files on a physical box, it uses cloud DVR. The really cool part is it’s unlimited storage, so you don’t have to worry about deleting older stuff to make space. You can record entire series with one click, and every future episode automatically gets saved in your library. For sports, you can even record “teams” so all their games land in your DVR. I tested it when I first subscribed—I recorded the NBA Finals, plus an entire sitcom season, and it all showed up neatly in my account. The recordings stay available for 9 months, so you’ve got plenty of time to watch them. One downside? You can’t fast-forward through commercials on on-demand versions, but recordings usually let you. Overall, the feature is one of the biggest reasons people choose YouTube TV. - September 22, 2025 at 10:13 am
- in reply to: How can you tell if someone screenshots your Instagram story?
No notifications for story screenshots. Instagram only reveals who viewed it. Screenshot alerts exist for disappearing DMs, but not public or close-friends stories. - September 22, 2025 at 6:49 am
- in reply to: How do I properly turn off my iPhone 15?
Press and hold the side button plus either volume button until the slider appears. Swipe to shut down. Or go to Settings > General > Shut Down if you don’t want to use hardware buttons. - September 22, 2025 at 5:22 am
- in reply to: How does the Snap Score system actually work on Snapchat?
Hi, sending and receiving snaps raises your score. Stories add a little too. Chats or just opening snaps don’t count, which is why people get confused. - September 20, 2025 at 10:00 am
- in reply to: What are the best ways to use a laptop screen extender?
Laptop extenders come in flavors: USB-C portable monitors, clip-on multi-screen setups, or classic HDMI monitors. I’d suggest a portable monitor if you’re mobile. They’re affordable, light, and plug-and-play. Clip-ons are nice but pricey. HDMI desktop monitors are best for permanent home setups. - September 20, 2025 at 9:18 am
- in reply to: How can I tell if someone unadded me on Snapchat?
The main indicators: Snap score gone, “Pending” next to messages, and missing from your Friends list. That’s unadded. Blocked means they vanish completely from search and chat. Snapchat doesn’t alert you, so you just have to piece it together. - September 18, 2025 at 11:48 am
- in reply to: How can I hide my followers on Instagram?
I used to stress about this too. Sadly, Instagram doesn’t offer a “hide followers” option. If your profile is public, anyone can see the list. Going private makes it visible only to your approved followers. What I did was clean up my follower list and remove people I didn’t want snooping. It’s not perfect, but it helped. If you’re worried about a few specific accounts, restricting or blocking them works. Hopefully Instagram adds more privacy controls down the line.
