Snapchat makes this subtle, but here’s the difference: if you’ve been unadded, you’ll still see their profile and maybe past chats, but your Snaps and messages will show as “Pending.” Their Snap score also won’t be visible anymore. If you’re blocked, you won’t find them at all—not in your Friends list, not in search. I once thought I was blocked, but it turned out they had just unadded me; I could still see them, just not interact properly.
