Hey folks, I’ve been diving into Roblox lately and noticed it’s not just about obbys and simulators—there’s actually a whole horror side to it! I’ve seen people talking about terrifying experiences like “The Mimic” and “Doors,” but I haven’t tried them yet. I’m curious: what Roblox games do you personally find the scariest? I’m talking jump scares, creepy atmosphere, and games that genuinely get your heart racing. I know Roblox doesn’t have super high-end graphics like some PC horror titles, but sometimes the low-poly style actually makes it creepier. Have you played any horror maps with friends that made you scream or laugh nervously? I’d love to get some recommendations from people who actually play them and know which ones are really worth checking out late at night with headphones on.

Hi! If you’re looking for Roblox games that can genuinely freak you out, “The Mimic” should be at the top of your list. The atmosphere is intense—creepy Japanese folklore mixed with eerie music and sudden scares. I played it with a friend, and we both literally screamed when a ghost figure appeared out of nowhere. Another one is “DOORS.” It’s surprisingly polished for Roblox, with clever mechanics like hiding in closets when monsters come. You’re always on edge because you don’t know which door leads to danger. “Apeirophobia” is also terrifying if you like liminal horror—the kind of game where you feel trapped in an endless maze of empty spaces. My advice: don’t play alone unless you want to give yourself a heart attack. Grab a friend, turn off the lights, and wear headphones—it really changes the vibe. Roblox horror games may look simple, but the scares hit differently. Try “Identity Fraud” if you want paranoia. It’s a maze game where players and impostors mix, and you’re never sure who’s real. Combine that with jump scares, and it’s way scarier than you’d expect from Roblox. I’d put “Dead Silence” on the list—it’s a classic. Based on the movie, it’s creepy with unsettling audio and visuals that make you forget you’re on Roblox. Also, “Breaking Point” isn’t horror in the traditional sense, but the suspense is real because you don’t know who’s about to get taken out. If you like psychological tension mixed with jump scares, give that a try. Not the scariest graphically, but the anxiety factor is top tier. For a quick scare, check out “Piggy.” It’s like Roblox’s take on Granny. Simple setup, but the music and sudden appearances make it scarier than expected—especially when Piggy corners you. “The Mimic” is easily the scariest, but “Alone in a Dark House” deserves mention too. It’s got creepy exploration, a mystery to solve, and an eerie vibe. If you like slower, story-driven scares, that one delivers. Bonus: it feels more immersive than most Roblox horror games. Hey, don’t miss “Specter.” It’s Roblox’s version of Phasmophobia. Ghost hunting with friends gets tense quick, and the EMF reader sounds will send chills down your spine. Apeirophobia deserves credit. It’s basically the Roblox take on the Backrooms, and it nails the liminal horror aesthetic. Endless yellow hallways, strange sounds, and the dread of being followed. Even without gory graphics, the atmosphere alone makes it scarier than most full horror games I’ve tried.
