Hello, I’ve been using my iPhone for a while, and I’ve blocked a few numbers here and there—telemarketers, spam calls, and even some old contacts. The thing is, I don’t remember exactly who I’ve blocked over time. Now I’d like to check the full list of numbers I’ve blocked, just to review them or maybe even unblock a couple. I know there are settings hidden in different places on iOS, and it can be confusing whether to check under Phone, Messages, or FaceTime. Can anyone walk me through the proper steps to actually view all my blocked numbers? Also, does the process look the same for every iPhone model running iOS 16 or 17, or are there differences I should know about?

Apple keeps it straightforward: go to Settings → Phone → Blocked Contacts. That’s the main list. You can also see it from Settings in Messages or FaceTime, but they’re just shortcuts to the same spot. Nothing tricky—just one master list across the system. Hey, just head into Settings → Phone → Blocked Contacts. You’ll find the whole list there. Quick check, and you can unblock anyone if needed. Open Settings, tap Phone, then scroll to Blocked Contacts. That list shows everyone you’ve blocked. It’s unified, so even if you blocked someone from Messages or FaceTime, they’ll show up there. You can tap Edit to unblock anyone easily. Go to Settings, then Phone, and tap Blocked Contacts. That’s where Apple stores every blocked number. The list is shared across calls, texts, and FaceTime, so you only need to check once. I used to think the blocked list was hidden in Messages only, but Apple centralized it. Head into Settings, then Phone, then Blocked Contacts. You’ll see everyone you’ve blocked. If you go to Messages → Blocked Contacts or FaceTime → Blocked Contacts, they point to the same list. So you don’t have to check in three places. I like this because you don’t have to remember where you blocked someone. Just one list covers calls, texts, and FaceTime. Settings → Phone → Blocked Contacts. That’s the full list. You can also check Messages or FaceTime settings, but they show the same thing. Tap Edit to remove any number. Works the same on iOS 16 and 17. Hi, I ran into this exact situation last year when I was trying to remember if I had blocked my cousin by accident. It’s actually pretty simple once you know where Apple tucked the option. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Phone → Blocked Contacts. That’s the master list. You’ll see every number you’ve blocked through calls, texts, or FaceTime. If you want to edit, just swipe left on a number to unblock it. What confused me at first was that Messages and FaceTime also have their own “Blocked Contacts” list inside their settings. But don’t worry—it’s all the same list. So no matter which route you take, you’ll end up seeing the same names/numbers. It’s not split up. If you’re running iOS 16 or 17, the steps are identical. Older versions had “Call Blocking & Identification,” but Apple renamed it to “Blocked Contacts.” I actually went through mine and realized I’d blocked an old coworker by mistake during a spam-blocking spree. Reviewing the list can be helpful because you never know who slipped in there. Hope that helps.
