Hey folks, I’m trying to figure out how to find all the Instagram Reels I’ve liked. I often hit the heart button on Reels that make me laugh or teach me something useful, but when I want to rewatch them later, I can’t always find them again. I know there’s a way to see “liked posts,” but I’m not sure if Reels are included there or if they’re tucked away in some hidden menu. Some friends told me Instagram recently changed how you access your history, so now it’s a little different from what it used to be. I’m hoping to get a step-by-step breakdown, so I don’t waste time scrolling through my feed. Can anyone share how to quickly find liked Reels on Instagram?

Instagram doesn’t separate likes by content type. Liked Reels are mixed with photos and videos under “Likes” in Your Activity. It’s clunky, but once you get used to it, scrolling through them isn’t too bad—especially if you filter by recent likes. Hey, quick tip: head to Profile → Menu → Your Activity → Likes. That’s where your liked Reels hide. Sadly, no Reel-only view yet! I usually just save Reels instead of relying on the Likes section. Saves show up in their own folder under your profile, which makes them easier to access. Likes work, but they’re mixed with everything, so it can be messy. Saving gives you more organization. Yes, you can absolutely see your liked Reels—it’s just not super obvious at first. Instagram puts all your liked content (photos, videos, and Reels) in one place. Here’s how you can find them: Open Instagram → go to your profile → tap the three-line menu in the top right → select Your activity → then go to Interactions → choose Likes. You’ll see a full list of every post and Reel you’ve liked. From there, you can filter by date, which makes it easier to find recent Reels you hearted. Unfortunately, there isn’t a dedicated “Liked Reels” folder, but since Reels are included with liked posts, scrolling through that section should show them. I use this trick all the time to rewatch funny clips or save cooking tips I forgot to bookmark. Once you know where to look, it’s actually super convenient.
