How do I cancel my Snapchat Plus subscription on iPhone or Android?

Hey, I recently subscribed to Snapchat Plus just to check out the new features like custom app icons and the little badge. Honestly, I don’t find myself using them enough to keep paying for it every month. The issue is, I can’t figure out how to cancel it. I know it doesn’t cancel directly from the Snapchat app’s settings, but instead through the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android). I don’t want to get charged for another month if I’m not actually using the perks. Could someone walk me through the exact steps to cancel Snapchat Plus, and maybe also confirm if you still get the features until the billing cycle ends? That would help me out big time.
